Samsung Booth at CES Las Vegas 2013

One of the highlights at the Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas, was a prototype phone with a flexible display screen. Samsung has branded the screen ‘Youm’. According to Brian Berkeley, senior vice president of Samsung Display, a flat-screen unit which could open a lot of possibilities for mobile devices in the future. Around this and many other amazing products the creative brand agency freestatefrom london designed and planned an impressive stand which showed off the position of Samsung as the world´s leading technology company. Michael Kuehbandner was tasked by creative director Adam Scott for the development and the leading of an theatrical lighting design for the several showparts which took place over the day. Therefore Michael Kuehbandner developed a lighting design as well as a 3D visualisation together with a preprogrammed show and the complete documentation and paperwork for the direction of the show.
